God's hand is in the life of the ungodly, but not all the ungodly will positively respond to the fragrance of Christ. Belshazzar could read the handwriting on the wall but didn't have the life to understand what it meant. The lesson we learn from Daniel's life is that it's our business to know Him; it's His business to make Himself known through us.
