We have been going through the eleventh chapter of Hebrews and weâre going to return to that tonight, but by no means are we going to complete the text before us and I had no intention of doing that because it opens up to us so much Old Testament scripture.Hebrews chapter 11, this is known as the faith chapter, stretches into the beginning of chapter 12, as we will see. We have been reminded all the way through this chapter that anyone who has a relationship with God has that relationship based on faith and not of works. We have started all the way back in the book of Genesis to see the examples of faith, or as theyâre often known, the heroes of faith.
