Now open your Bible, if you will, to the third chapter of the gospel of John. This, of course, is a critical chapter in all of holy Scripture. It sets the tone for our understanding of salvation, and the truth of this chapter, of course, is built upon throughout the rest of the New Testament. Let me read these ten verses.
